The location is amazing, so is the decoration. It's definitely the best place to stay in Buenos Aires. The owner, Mariano, is really attentive and helpful.

Everything was perfect for a stay in Buenos Aires - located in unquestionably the nicest and most lively neighborhood: near everything, and great restaurants. The apartment was well equipped, very very clean, and so comfortable. Best of all is the owner: Mariano is charming and helpful and makes you feel like you are part of this wonderful city. He goes beyond expectations as a host, in countless ways. We had so much fun. There is no question that we will stay there again -look no further for a place to be in Buenos Aires.
Liked everything.

The manager was the most helpful and friendly person. He helped us feel safe and helped us get to know the area in a comfortable and safe way. He made us feel more like family or friends than customers. The place felt extremely homely and private. It was nice to have a feeling of home far away from home.

I just stayed there for only 1 night. Mariano-owner was a very friendly person, makes you feel it's your home. Excellent location in the heart of Palermo Soho, very nice district. I wish I could stay more. Since it's apart hotel, you should have your stuff like shampoo, bath stuff, drinking water, etc...But there are shopping places where you can get them easily.

Room should be cleaned every day and not only every second day

The staff of the Soho Point is extremle friedly and they want to make sure that you feel really well. The location of the hotel is perfect for staying in the trendy and lively suburb of Palermo, as restaurants and shops are nearby, even no noise issue, as the apartments face a courtyard.
It is really an apartment style hotel, as there is no breakfast available and also no phone in the room. Unfortunatly, the only windows go straight to the courtyard stairs. So when keeping them open, anyone could basically step in. Because of the courtyard style, the noise from the gates at the entry and voices can be heard very easly.

A lot of privacy, extremely comfortable. This place is for those who would like the feeling of being at (a trendy) home in Buenos Aires. Pictures may even not do justice to this well manicured flat. Breakfast is on your own in the small, well-furnished kitchen, where you can also prepare any other meal of your choice (great for those in special diets of who want to stay a while longer). Location is amazing, surroundings are very cool with chic clothing and design stores and many choices of bars, cafés and restaurants. 10 minutes away from Ortiz subway station.

Excelent location, very nice neighborhood, brand new apartment, cooking utensils, very handy..
Lack of a work table (I needed to use my notebook and that was very uncomfortable) and lack of a wardrobe to hang clothes. No throughly cleaning provided during my stay, only one change of towels, which was ok, but I wish bathroom had been cleaned also (there is only a weekly cleaning provided, which I didn't get, since I stayed for only 6 days). And payment has to be made in cash, which is a bit unhandy,

Very good place, I enjoyed staying there. Easy to find, clean, nice, spacious, simple, had everything we needed.
The only thing i could possibly criticize is that due to the layout, you cant really have daylight and privacy at the same time. Either you close the blinds and have privacy, or you are open to the neighbors but have light (in fairness, its just 2 or 3 apartments and they could even be vacant)

Soho Point was a true discovery. Although it’s not a regular hotel, since it’s formed by many apartments, the Soho Point concept gives you a priceless freedom and independence. The apartment has everything you can have in your own house, such as an oven, coffee maker, toaster, even the tiniest details (for example, there are several electric adapters which I can never find!). The apartments are clean, complemented by a super stylish decoration, and open (about 430 feet). The bed is extremely comfortable and the sheets and towels are the best quality, there is also a cleaning service every day. However, the best aspect of each apartment is that they all face an internal and peaceful patio full of green plants and colourful flowers so the street noises are never a problem. There are also two bikes to use for free. The location of the Soho Point couldn’t be better. As soon as you leave the place, you are already surrounded by the best coffee houses, restaurants and clothing stores. The neighbourhood is called Palermo Soho and it’s such a safe area, full of many interesting things, all in the same 10 blocks, ideal to walk those short distances and to know a bit more about the warm argentinian culture. Mariano, the manager, was very caring and helpful all the time, you can tell he really enjoys his job because he was always giving us advices and making suggestions. He made us feel just like home, always welcomed. The Soho Point is ideal for short and long stays. I highly recommend it!
No credit cards accepted, but we knew it, so, it wasnt a problem.
